She's operated a full-body red light therapy bed for over a decade at Sophora Rejuvenation, her own beauty and wellness salon in Kapiti. That hands-on experience is where her advice comes from, not a supplier's spec sheet.
Before bringing the RedWave range to New Zealand, Kirsty trained directly with the manufacturer, JK Group in Germany, working through the equipment herself rather than relying on secondhand product knowledge.

Kirsty Ethynes has run Beta Life International since 2004, growing it from a small sunbed wholesale business into New Zealand's specialist supplier of premium red light recovery technology. She's worked directly with red light therapy for over sixteen years — testing it in her own salon before recommending it to anyone else, and training hands-on with Beta Life's German manufacturing partner to bring the RedWave range to New Zealand.
